After two decades of sales experience, I decided to channel my skills and expertise into Matt Welch Consulting. My goal is to empower startups and enterprises alike to scale their operations, build high-impact sales teams, and adapt to the ever-evolving competitive landscape.

To drive exceptional client outcomes, I lean on my background as a regional and national sales manager. Through these experiences, I crafted successful strategic campaigns that increased revenue growth, managed a multidisciplinary sales team, and leveraged data to drive the best possible results.

Throughout the years, I have collaborated with clients in nearly every major industry, including consumer product goods, hospitality, real estate, and beyond. I also played an instrumental role in catapulting Allagash Brewing Company to the 20th largest craft brewery in the nation.

Every step of the way, I have concentrated my efforts on not only developing the best sales strategies, but also building the best teams. These are the same outcomes I bring to my clients as a strategic partner.

From there, we work hand-in-hand with my client to determine the best path forward.
